The Plate to Profit Program is a group coaching program designed to help café, restaurant, and bar owners who are looking to grow and scale their hospitality businesses. The invite-only Group Coaching Program is designed for high-performers seeking to make meaningful improvements and connect with other industry leaders.

This program is about getting in the 'room' with other great operators, so you get inspired to push yourself and your business to new heights.

The Plan

The planning stage is where results are made, or lost, in the F&B industry. Putting strong strategy & systems in place takes time and can be super stressful: diagnosing issues, researching solutions, designing workflows, implementing changes, and reviewing performance. In The Plate to Profit Coaching Program, James will help you every step of the way.

The program begins with a review of your vision and business goals. This onboarding will then look at the bottlenecks, pain points, and frustrations in your operation, from the back office to the kitchen to the front of house. Following this piece of work, James will also review the strategic and action-focused plan that you created during your previous coaching work with THC. Then you'll start creating a more focused short-term plan (via a 6-week get it done plan) that will be reviewed in your regular 1:1 coaching sessions, so you know exactly what to focus on and avoid going in circles.

James will also review and audit your current financial plan as part of the program onboarding.

These plans will focus on what will make the biggest difference first, building a strong operational and financial foundation that supports long-term success, instead of racing ahead and risking it all falling apart because the basics weren’t right from the start.

The Tools

As part of The Plate to Program, you'll have 24/7 access to Coach Accountable. This portal will provide you with our THC tools, which include a bank of ready-to-use templates, scripts, checklists, and systems designed to solve your operational and financial challenges.

The program includes access to events, workshops and courses where masterclass topics are discussed are taught to Boardroom members.

 

The Help

You’ll be part of a community of hospitality owners and managers – you feel part of a group, a squad of other high performers. Being part of this group will make you better! When a challenge comes up, you’ll quickly find others facing the same issue, and many more who’ve been through it before, solved it, and are now enjoying the results. You’re never on your own. We have a WhatsApp group that can be accessed 24/7 by Boardroom members.

The program includes a monthly group coaching session where the group(the squad) comes together to discuss hot topics, share insights, and share experiences that others can learn from.

We know that in hospitality, things don’t always go to plan – unexpected challenges pop up, priorities shift, and it’s easy for important tasks to slip through the cracks and focus to be quickly lost. That’s why James will provide plenty of support and be the coach in your corner. James will teach, coach and help you be accountable via one monthly 1:1 Coaching sessions. 

For extra support throughout the program, members can access 15-minute Support Calls with James as required. These calls will see James provide his expert advice when you need help with urgent questions or decisions.
