How does the program work?
The 'Managers' Program has been designed to create affordable and industry-leading professional development training and coaching for F&B managers and supervisors across New Zealand and Australia. For many managers and supervisors, learning often stops after they leave training at a Polytechnic or TAFE, and that's not good for them or the businesses they work for.
This program provides consistent support to managers and supervisors, so they learn and grow every month.
