What to Expect

On day ONE: Participants will learn how to consider and create ‘hospitality’ as a strategy and then lead a culture of hospitality. They will learn why a culture of hospitality is so important, and the FIVE building blocks towards entrenching a strong culture of hospitality in such a way that strengthens teams and creates bonded guests.

On day TWO: Participants will learn how to lead a strong culture of hospitality, how to use a Hospitality Bank and lead effective discussions that are productive and rewarding. They will also choose from a set of important areas that will need addressing in their business and create an action plan to address that issue.
