Liz has worked in Hospitality for 19 years from kitchen hand, multi-site Operations Manager, SIT tutor and for the past 12 years as the owner of a prominent Hospitality business.
Applying the processes taught by The Hospitality Company, Liz has created amazing and inspiring results. She now finds herself in demand as a mentor, teacher and coach within the industry of Hospitality and in the context of Business management and development.

Liz has a passion for developing leaders, operations systems, financial controls and Marketing, Sales and Fulfilment campaigns. She has hands on experiance building the systems recommended by The Hospitality Company and many hours coaching and leading her own team towards business literacy and technical prowess.

Liz lives in Alexandra, Central Otago with her husband Wayne and their four teenagers. Passionate about all things cycling, and her newly discovered love of rowing on Lake Dunstan, Liz gets to enjoy the beautiful paradise she lives in because of the financial freedom her business now provides.
