How does it work?
Our community of business owners meet online every 2 weeks. All you need is a computer and the internet to start. To get the most out of the community, you should complete the online course, join our community facebook page and immerse yourself in the learning provided. There are support systems in place for any extra help that you may need or any glitches you come across. If you have any questions that need answering you can use the Group Coaching Calls or contact The Hospitality Company asap.
Will I get to touch base with an actual human?
You sure will! Every 2 weeks we will hold a Group Coaching Call. On these calls, we will educate you on specific areas relating to our HBA Business Framework. We are here to support you and to ensure that your experience on the course makes a significant difference to your business. If you have any emergency problems don’t hesitate to call. We also provide other services; personal coaching, Loaded Reports induction/education support, and Professional Development for managers. We travel widely speaking and can be booked for an on-site assessment report, or full team Professional Development. Make some new friends, reach out to us! We LOVE to talk everything HOSPITALITY!
