What to Expect
This course ensures participants understand the difference between Service and Hospitality. They will learn why ‘hospitality’ is so important and how hospitality creates a happier and more productive work environment. Participants will learn KEY hospitable skills and how to create truly bonded guests.

Presentation:
The course will be led by James and Alexis O’Connell. The workshop will be interactive, visual and practical.
