How does it work?

Our online community of hospitality owners and managers meet online every 2 weeks. All you need is a computer and the internet to start. To get the most out of the membership, join our community facebook page and immerse yourself in the learning provided. There are support systems in place for any extra help that you may need or any glitches you come across. If you have any questions that need answering you can use the fortnightly Group Coaching Calls or contact The Hospitality Company asap.

Will I get to touch base with an actual human?

You sure will! Every 2 weeks we will hold our Group Coaching Calls. On these calls, you can ask us any questions about your business. We are here to support you and to ensure that your experience on the course makes a significant difference to your business. If you have any emergency problems don’t hesitate to call. We also provide other services; personal coaching, Loaded Reports induction/education support, and Professional Development for managers. We travel widely speaking and can be booked for an on-site assessment report, or full team Professional Development. Make some new friends, reach out to us! We LOVE to talk everything HOSPITALITY!
